What is Sift Atlas?
Sift Atlas connects ideas from analyzed podcasts and informative videos. Start with a topic to explore different perspectives, or follow a creator through their analyzed conversations.
How is this different from a transcript?
Our pages contain paraphrased insights and cross-source synthesis, rather than a word-for-word replay. They help you choose what to explore in the original conversation.
What are Directions, Topics and Emerging Threads?
Directions are broad browsing areas. Topics explore specific ideas across multiple conversations. Emerging Threads show early source connections that do not yet have enough coverage for a full synthesis.
What do Creator and Episode pages cover?
A Creator page brings together ideas from the episodes we have analyzed for that channel. An Episode page focuses on one conversation. Neither claims to represent everything a creator has ever said.
How are sources combined?
Structured insights are linked to the topics they actually discuss. Topic pages compare those insights, explain shared ideas and describe differences in position, context or emphasis.
Can I check a claim against its source?
Yes. Source links and available timestamps take you back to the original video. Treat the original conversation as the authoritative record; AI-generated notes can contain mistakes.
Does Sift Atlas save full transcripts?
Full captions are processed in memory and are not saved in our content database or published. We keep structured, paraphrased insights and source references for library pages.
How often does the library update?
Discovery and processing run on a schedule. New pages depend on available captions, provider capacity, resource budgets and sufficient useful source material. A scheduled check does not guarantee a new page.
How are topics selected?
Topics grow from substantive ideas in the conversations we analyze. A standard new topic requires at least three episodes from two creators; broad topics may require more focused coverage.
Is Sift Atlas affiliated with the creators?
No. Sift Atlas independently analyzes publicly available conversations. Creator names, channel images and source links identify the original publishers; they do not imply endorsement.
Can these notes replace the original conversation or professional advice?
No. Notes omit context and may misinterpret a source. Watch or listen to the original for the complete discussion, and seek qualified advice for personal health, legal or financial decisions.
How do I report an issue?
Use the contact page for corrections, privacy or copyright concerns. Include the Sift Atlas page, original source and the specific material involved. Contact availability is shown on that page.
